Tender Type directly replace the Base Margin of the Labours, needs Apply Tender Switch to be ON over Labour grid. Toggeling the Apply Tender Switch tends the Base Margin to default when OFF and Tender Value if ON.

  • AE: Invalid Quote price information in WON report: On changing Preferred Section for Quote with more than 1 Sections when Marking Quote Won tends to record old price instead of New Revision, which now fixed. 
  • AE: Copy Section loosing section items: When copying section to same quote, not saving the sub-sections in new copied Section. Which causes wrong Price Information in WON Quote Report, which is fixed now.

    1. Users can download the template from the Contract Details page, fill the equipment data and import it back into the contract
    2. System will verify the template, validate the data and show any erors on the screen before processing
    3. User can correct the data and upload the file back into the system
    4. If the mentioned group name in the file does not exist in the Contract, the system will automatically create the new group and import equipment data under it.

  • User Management : Employee Code is now a mandatory field while creating or editing a user
  • Quote Equipment is now Specialist Hire Equipment: Equipment is now called "Specialist Hire Equipment" in both AE Web and AE Mobile
  • Copy Contract "Progress Pop-Up" 'X' button removed: Copy contract popup "X" but on is removed to avoid any accidental closure while the copying is in progress
  • Duplicate Users Check: System will check for the existing user names and issue an error if a user with the same name already exists within the system at the time of User creation
  • AE Mobile PO Number now supports dot(.) and underscore (_): AE Mobile now supports these characters in the PO Number at the time of marking the quote as Won

  • AE Mobile multi company support: AE mobile now support multiple companies. User can choose the company from the drop down on the login screen
  • Quote Re-Open allowed to Support Admin: Quote owner or any Support admin will be able to open the quote
  • User Management Auditing:  All the data changes to the user records (insert/update/delete) are now be audited
  • User Management available to Support Admin:  Support admins will now be able to manage users . However, Support Admins will not be able to change the access level in terms or Internal/External Users
  • Support Admin will not be able to change the User Role: Support Admins will not be able to change the user role under the user management
  • External (non-Airmaster) technicians not allowed: System will not allow to create any non external technicians within the AE.

  • Quote Activation Date getting lost: Quote Activation date was not being recorded when the quote was activated. This is fixed now.
